Come celebrate Independent Bookstore Day at Scrawl Books!

Kick off tomorrow’s Independent Bookstore Day with this after hours event. Enjoy a mocktail and get to know your booksellers at Four Seasons via a game of “Never Have I Ever”, bookstore edition! The author will read excerpts of Bookstories that will set up questions to pose to the panel of booksellers.

Come hang out on the porch at WordPlay in Wardensville, WV for this reading and signing event.

With so much of Bookstories taking place in libraries, this pairing is such a natural one. More details of this event will be released closer to the date.

Join in the bookish fun at Winchester Book Gallery to celebrate the official launch of Bookstories. There will be a reading and discussion, book-themed refreshments, and the opportunity to get your copy of Bookstories signed. Contributors to Already Gone: Forty Stories of Running Away will read, along with James J. Patterson, who will read from Junk Shop Window: Essays on Myth, Life and Literature. Sarah will be participating in this reading event.
